Some stress in our lives is necessary but too much produces fatigue, irritability, sleep problems, and many other symptoms that can affect your performance in the workplace and at home. In this workshop we will learn to address the symptoms and underlying causes of stress, and use the amazing and simple tool of Emotional Freedom Techniques™ to alleviate it. Relaxation is immediate and participants will leave with the skills to use EFT in their daily lives as stressful situations arise.
